The Workshop Organizer and JTB have reserved hotel rooms in Yokohama for the Workshop period. Reservation request should be accompanied by remittance of a 10,000 Yen per room hotel deposit. No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of a deposit.

  1. The above rates are per room, per night. Room charge does not include meals.
  2. 10% Service charge and 5% tax will be added to your bill when checking out.
  3. The 10,000 Yen hotel deposit will be deducted from the hotel bill.
