General Information on Workshop and Hotel Registration

The deadline for registration is 9 January, 1998 (Friday). Although the workshop is open to all interested parties, the number of attendees at the workshop is limited to 200. As February is the time for colleges and universities to have entrance examinations, hotels around the workshop venue are expected to be occupied by much more people than usual. Hence early registration is strongly advised.

To register, please fill out the two accompanying registration forms:

(1) hotel & tour registration form

(2) workshop registration form

Note that these two forms have different return addresses.

Both forms must be received by 9 January, 1998 (Friday).

Please either post or fax

the completed hotel & tour registration form, and
if the deposit is paid via Bank Transfer, a copy of the receipt from your bank for the remittance of hotel deposit and/or total tour fares,
