Climate in Tokyo Area in February
The average maximum and minimum temperatures in Tokyo area
in February are indicated below:

In February the chances for it to snow in the Tokyo-Yokohama area
are very small. Nor is it expected to rain much during the workshop.
However, you may feel colder in Yokohama as it's a port city,
and are advised to bring with you a wool sweater and a coat.
