Cancellation
In the event hotel and/or tour reservations must be canceled, written
notification should be sent to JTB. The following cancellation fees
will be deducted before refunding.
- Hotels

If notice of cancellation reaches JTB:
- Up to 8 days before the first night of stay 2,000 Yen
- 3-7 days before 30% of daily room rate(minimum 2,000 Yen)
- 1-2 days before 50% of daily room rate
- less than 1 day before, or not notice given 100% of daily room rate
- Accompanying Persons' Program
- If notice of cancellation reaches JTB:
- Up to 8 days before the departure day 2,000 Yen
- 3-7 days before 30% of tour fare(minimum 2,000 Yen)
- 1-2 days before 50% of tour fare
- Prior to the starting time of the tour or failure to show
without notice 100% of tour fare
